Working with an on line company and not able to pick up the phone to speak with a life person is such an important customer service add. My product did not come for over a month and after numerous emails for an update the responses were sparce.
The product finally arrived and was not as expected. My dogs name and phone number was missing after waiting all that time.
I became so fed up was not worth the fight to upload photos etc..

What I received is not what True Harness advertised. 1. The front strap is not as shown in your advertisement; 2. The names and telephone numbers are not on the harness as I ordered, and 3. It took more than 45 days to even get the order. Therefore I want to return these and get my money back. I am very disappointed in your product

beaten switch. I ordered a black harness and received a red white and blue one made a very cheap material. Nothing compared to the one my girlfriend had from supposedly the same company. Do not buy from this company and it took a month to get here.

It is a nice harness however when you try to lift your dog with just the handle it slips off him and would be dangerous is your really needed to do that in a jiffy such as another bigger dog coming at him. I bought it to protect my dog in such a circumstance so it does not work for me. It is however pretty and it works as just a walking harness. There are lots of these on the market. Yours does not distinguish itself from the others in any way. And it does not protect my dog as you advertised it. So you may not wish to use my write up. No problem.

I don’t know if I like this or not because it’s been 35 days since my order and I have yet to receive it. I have placed several other orders through several other websites since my harness order and I have received every one of them. I was given a 50% off discount off my next order, which is funny since I haven’t received the first order so why would I order a second time! I would suggest that this company uses another delivery method other than USPS in the future.

I don’t have any idea of the quality of the product I ordered it on 4/19/25 and have not received it yet today is 5/27/25, and my puppy has almost out grown it before I have received it. If you want to wait for ever to get it then go ahead and order it, but until they change there shipping process I would not order from them.

We order back in April I believe, not sure it's been long time. Says in in shipping somewhere? Texted them they said the carrier is have issues! Not happy at all. My dog has grown out of her fist witch we also got from true harness. Which did come at a reasonable time. I feel they should send a new one with a different carrier free of charge. Totally disappointed!

I love this harness once fitted to your dog it is so easy to put on, my dog has a fear of collars, leads and harnesses as you can see in the pictures she is not happy but this makes it simple to put on her with no fuss and because it goes around the chest it's safe if she was to pull.

Our friends have the harness and they love it. We tried their small collar on our dogs and it fit perfect so that's the size we ordered. When we got the small collars they are way too big. When we compared them to the other harness one of them is definitely missed sized. So now I have two very expensive collars that our dogs can't wear.

Neither of my dogs like the TrueHarness. It is still stif and and uncomfortable for them. Ther go the other way when they see me with the TrueHarness even though they love and want to go for a walk. The strap for adjusting the harness around the chest will not stay in the position I have set. By the time we get back from a walk it has completely loose. Overall a one star was as low as I could go in evaluating the TrueHarness if there had been minus stars I would have gone for minus five stars. You publish no phone number to call for support leaving only email to provide negative or positive feedback.

I decided to try out True Harness because I routinely transport dogs as part of my duties at a Labrador rescue in Arizona, and attaching them to a back seat tether is much safer using a harness rather than the collar. True Harness is very fast and easy to adjust/attach. This is especially useful when dealing with scared, stressed shelter dogs, like yellow mix Frisk (pictured) who weighed 61 lbs. But the xl size also fits my dog (and model) Molly, who is an 89 lb Chocolate girl. True Harness has proven to be a very useful tool at the Rescue, and is now carried by several of our other volunteers. Great product !

From the time the order was placed to the time it arrived, almost 3 months had passed. Our puppy had grown quite a bit during that time. The harness was intended for a much smaller version of the dog it finally wound up on. If we had known how long it would take to ship, we probably would not have gone through with this purchase.

The harness is so easy to put on compared to her previous one The big metal ring on top of the harness is very strong and my dog pulls very hard.Also my other harness used to collect a lot of hair, but the true harness repels the hair and I just brush off the hair with my fingers. I cant keep the strap that clips tight. I adjust it and it loosens. Plus the clip is super stiff to unclip. I need to use 2 hands eith lots of pressure. Besides those thing i like them.

Sadie and I both love the harness. It’s tough, comfortable, holds up in all kinds of weather, and is SO easy to slide on and off her. If she should happen to give me a little tug on the leash (especially when she sees a deer on our walks), I know she’s not getting loose!

Hello: Very pleased with harness. However, my "Fluffy corgi" maybe I have not got the right fit. Maybe I need the next size down? He is rather large boned and now weighs in at 42 lbs.
The fit across the chest front seems rather low - impeding the walking gait. Not sure how to raise this up. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Might be great for larger dogs but for our 8 lb peanut it does not work well because she can work her way out of it. If the front strap was reversed so the Velcro attachment was on the outside allowing this strap to be tightened smaller than the dogs head, it would work OK. Now the Velcro is on the inside of the strap
