True Harness has not delivered my order in over three months. I ordered two harnesses alich and other items. Despite their assurances, it was on its way I received one harness and nothing else.I do not recommend this company or the product. I recommend finding alternative sources for your pet products.

This is the second one that I have bought the first ones that we bought were fantastic well-made and when we got these, we were not impressed especially this one very stiff not the same materials and our dog almost got killed by another dog because she ran towards the dog and the harness completely ripped as shown in the picture. I dental email to Harness Buddy about it to see about a refund or to speak to somebody about it and what I got was thank you for your compliment. Had nothing to do with what I sent to them. We will not be buying anymore. I would rather pay full price then get a sale price and get much cheaper made stuff the first ones we had were fantastic. We still have them, but it was time to update them. If this was a year ago I would’ve said yes great product. But now I’d say no very cheaply made like I said I’d rather pay full price and get it made nicely than the way this one was and the fact that nobody would get back to me about it upsets me even more. So beware if you’re going to buy this product. It is not worth the money anymore.

We bought two this one is OK but these are very cheaply made compared to the last ones we bought from you. Yes it was discounted a beautiful price, but I’d rather pay the full price and have it made like you used to my next review. You will see why I rated it that way. This one hasn’t ripped yet, but our dog got loose from the other one. That would be why I didn’t send a picture plus they’re very stiff and do not fit them as nicely as the first ones we bought.

Would love to give you a good review but I have yet to receive the harness. I have emailed customer service multiple times since the Canada postal strike was lifted to see if they can track my package but they don’t/or can’t provide me anything new other than that it’s on the way. My tracking states that the ticket is expired. I know the strike was beyond anyone’s control but you think that it would still be trackable. Not to happy that I don’t know if I’m gonna receive this or not. It’s the only package that hasn’t updated. All my other packages have now been updated and on the way.

Bitte loves when I take out her "saddle". She knows we are going for a "spin"! She is 21 pounds, but when she wants to sniff something and pulls hard to get to it, I can quickly and easily get her back in control without hurting her. Her new patriotic saddle is a hit in the neighborhood.

The True Harness I purchased for Bailey is not only well made but is quite attractive and adjusts to fit Bailey now and later if she continues to grow. It clearly is worth the money.

After several attempts at walking my 44 lb. dog with the harness, she does not like it and stops and won’t go further. I’ve tried adjusting straps, but she just doesn’t like it. I think the harness is stiff and has a large buckle behind her leg which may be uncomfortable. Her hair is short and I think the harness would work better on a dog with thicker hair to act as a cushion.

I was excited to get 2 of these. It took forever to get them. I do not like them at all. The design is not very good for my dogs. The large buckle right behind my dogs front legs bothered them walking. I will not be using them. Waste of money for me. If possible I would like to return them.

Missy is 20 months old and doesn't pull as much while walking her. I took her to a dog park last Saturday and had a problem with another dog that wanted to play but was chewing on her new harness. The owner of the dog came to me and asked that I take her harness off so her dog wouldn't chew on it. I didn't say anything and took Missy's harness off. I like having Missy's name on the harness so other people know her name.

It’s the most easiest dog Harness to put on your fur baby, easy to adjust, fits just right for my doggie , And she seems real comfortable in it. I am now able to take her out for extra walks only because the harness is so easy to put on. My advice is if you want to harness that’s easy to put on your dog then true harness is the answer.

This is Bellas second harness, her first one was severely damaged after a pit bull attacked, and all most killed her, the harness saved her life, without she would have been killed. I've used these harnesses on my three dogs (matching purple color) for a number of years. I love that I can put their name, breed and my phone number on them. I feel safe with them secured in the car
Originally we could have velcro labels on both sides but with different information. Having an Irish Wolfhound that was helpful since I was always asked about her breed.
I saved the breed information from the old harness to use of this new harness for my smallest dog so am satisfied now. However, I would encourage option of different messages
on the sides of the harness.

The harnesses are easy to put on and I appreciate the easy hook for the leash.
One bonus is since we have their names Velcroed on the harnesses, strangers talk to them as if they know them. The dogs love that.

This is my 2nd harness from TrueHarness and Harley & I love it. We still use the 1st one and it still looks good after years of service but we felt it time to get another one. I had trouble with the shipper and after contacting you guys, it was worked out TrueHarness did a great job of working with me with the shipper. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. The harness is easy to get on. A bit harder to get off with the clips being tight, but assuming they will loosen over time. It makes walking a large dog (Golden Retriever) easier.

This would be Lucy's third harness. I had to go up a size because she's getting a bit of a fat belly, she is borderline between the extra small and the small so I got her a small which unfortunately too big. I did right to you and send photos about a week ago but haven't heard back. Lucy really needs an extra small with a longer belly strap if possible.about two to three inches will be enough.the pink one is the one she is wearing now the green one is the new one as you can see it is much too big.
