One of the few times I’ve ordered something and it lived up to its description. Works great, easy on and off, and my 8 year old dog who’s never been on a leash doesn’t seem to mind it at all.

Only complaint was your shipping. While tracking it sat in several places up to 3 days without moving. I called the company and they said it takes awhile. Just seemed extremely slow. But product is great.

Love the True harness. We have two small dogs and I find with most harness's the clip is too big or too heavy. With True harness the fit is perfect and lightweight. I have noticed a lot less pulling with her in the harness. It's easy to put on and she never fights me to put it on. The patch with her name is so cool. Definately would recommend it to dogs all shapes and sizes.

I have used TruHarness for my dog since he was a puppy. Have always been satisfied with the quality and service of the product However, it’s been 5 weeks since I placed my order and when I tried to track my order, it showed no such order number. Was told the order was lost and a new order would be placed and to allow 5-7 weeks for delivery.

I ordered a medium because my dog is 42 lbs and it's still too big and loose around her belly. Can I exchange for a small?

The sliding adjustment part to tighten the hardness would slide right back to beginning position. Therefore, my dog is unable to wear it because it was too loose.

I was very happy with the product and the service given. My dog gets very excited when we put the harness on and it makes it much easier to take Chief for a walk and to control him around other dogs. The order was satisfied within a week.

Still having problems with Zeus pulling while walking him. Hopefully, we can work on this problem.

Barely had the harness a month and the seam ripped out. First of all it took me contacting the company several times to find out where my order was. Then the seam ripped out. I contacted the company and they told me they had to be notified within 7 days in order to return or replace it and suggested that I get a needle and thread and fix it or find someone who does do tailor work to fix it. Really, if that is all the better you are going to take care of your customers, you do not deserve to be selling anything. Don’t Buy from them. Terrible. Very disappointed!

After only a couple hours, I noticed the buckle was rubbing on my dogs arm pit. My dog is a 10lb Chihuahua mix and he has pretty hairless arm pits and well the buckle was rubbing on him throughout our daily walks. I thought to my self, the harness might be too tight let me loosen it. After a few days the rash persisted. We went back to our original harness and the rash magically went away after a threeish days of not using this harness. I will say, itight be due to my dogs hairless pits but I'm sure there's a lot of furry babies out there that are bald as well. Anyways, I contacted them about this problem and they told me what I told them in the email, that I should loosen the harness and that I already did that. I also asked for a refund but I haven't not yet recieved an email helping me out with that process. Other than these issues, I personally like this harness. It's easy to put on and feels like it's made of decent material that will last. Hopefully this harness works for you and your baby cause it's a cool one!

I would hate to see their return policy if the rest of their customer service has been this “off the charts” stellar!! 10 years… later.. “out for delivery” They didn’t provide a tracking # for the 1st month it was “ shipped”, and never replied to my 2 emails of concern. Not impressed with any part of this experience. Be better guys. However, The quality of this item seems to be pretty good. I appreciate your time and opportunity to try your product. Sandy

This is the 3rd harness I have ordered for my dogs. Like it. I ordered an extra small. The only thing I didn't like was that my phone number was not hyphenated

I bought the harness in a large because I thought my dog was going to be a much bigger than she actually turned out to be. Ok, my mistake. I attempted to contact the company twice, once after I received it (June 9) and then about a week after that( June 13/14) . After absolutely ZERO replies, I get this email on June 25 asking to review the product for a company with terrible customer service. The harness has been donated.

You sent me the wrong color harness, then you were supposed to send the right one….but I still have not received it.

We purchased the harness two months and a half ago. The harness broke. The ring where you hook the leash came apart while walking the dog, and we fixed it. Then, the buckle that holds the harness in place broke. I won't buy anything from this company again. I do not recommend this company. Their products are of ship quality; you can not rely on them.

This harness truly delivers! It is a game-changer for me. Easy on and easy off.

My found this harness does not as it claims keep the dog from pulling! It is very cheaply made and took a long time to get this. I road in several times asking where my order was in the claim that it would take a week or more to get the name and information stitched onto the vice, then it took 2 1/2 weeks to get here, and I found out that the name was stitched separately on a little patch was applied by Velcro. And as I said this is a very poorly made harness that does not keep the dog from pulling! This is for a friend's dog and we found that it is extremely hard to put on properly because you have to use the Velcro for the front strap that goes under the chin, and adjusting it with the Velcro was a pain in the neck, so she bought another harness that's far better made and actually works much better the harness. But using the original harness there is no way in heck it was preventing this dog from pulling, it didn't even slow up this dog from pulling! This came in a package with a grooming love to remove hair, this had a mesh back on it and a rubber mat with little dimples coming out the with remove the hair. And this was coming apart at the seams when we got it it didn't last due to grooming! The only thing that was even semi-worthwhile was the lead, very heavy and a very good product and my friend uses that sometimes taking out her dogs, she has two, but for the most part she doesn't use that!

Jack loves his harness, its so comfortable that sometimes he falls asleep with it on.

Not a good fit. My Husky is 44 lbs. in good physical condition. The main adjustable strap that goes around the body will not stay in place. After half an hour, the harness is falling off. The name strips with Velcro look awful. I would pay to have a name embroidered on but am not satisfied with the harness. Also the Velcro strip that goes around the front shoulders did not fit so I cut it to fit better. Am buying another harness from another brand. Overall this type of harness works.

I have used the True Harness for many years and have been very happy with it. However, when I rescued my current dog the harness I had was too big. I ordered an extra small and although it will fit the dog, the strap that goes under the belly will not stay tight and the harness slips sideways. That means that halfway through our walk I have to stop and retighten it. The material used for this strap is slick and therefore it slips through the plastic buckles. I've been advised by True Harness Customer Service to "just sew it in place". That means that if the dog loses/gains weight I have to make the necessary extra adjustments and resew it. Not exactly what I was expecting.

This product looks nothing like it is shown online. The “custom name” portion is just a cheap piece of Velcro you attach to an ill-fitting harness. Terrible for my German Shepherd. Shipping took over a month. Do not recommend.

Lyric is a much better walker with this harness. Being a great Dane she can be a bit of a puller at times but this helps!

My dog feels very comfortable in this harness

I have had my True Harness for 44 days. I have a one year old Beagle. He is not big or crazy strong. This harness tore (see pic) to the point that I cannot use it for fear it will let go and my dog will run. I spent way too much money on this harness to just let it go. When I contacted customer service they said since it's past 7 days, there is nothing they can do. Their "60 money back guarantee" only applies to non-damaged items! It is only damaged because THEIR product is defective! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam!!!

Terrible. Took 3 weeks to make it and a barrage of.emails to find out what was happening. The company claimed that I had not pit in my unit number for delivery to Canada. I used auto fill so I know the unit number was put in. The package arrived in my town and then was immediately returned since the unit number was not in the address. I was also charged 5.00 for re-stocking. Lesson learned: do not trust anything the reps say and take a screenshot of the order.

Name name tags for my dog were sent wrong. Do not know who to contact to correct problem.

First off the velcro strap does not hold my small dog, if there is any pulling from the dog the strap comes off. It feels light weight and very cheap. With the strap on, the name tag doesn't fit and falls off. Very disappointing at best. Shipping info I received was for the wrong order and for someone else in Illinois, I. From Missouri. And when I tried using customer service it took days to get a response. It took at least five emails to customer service trying to get a response, and when I did finally get a response it sounded like a computer generated response that was vague at best and completely unhelpful. And finally Shipping time was awful, took over a month to receive the item. Completely overpriced harness. I will never purchase any other merchandise from TrueHarness and I do not recommend this product.

My dog still pulled, and it was a struggle. The choke chain worked much better.

Do not buy this harness for your dog. The harness has only 1 Velcro strap to secure it & while I was walking my dog on the street in my neighborhood (no sidewalks) it came off of her & she was in the middle of the street. Luckily she came to me when I called her. I wrote to the company & they gave me a BS reply, wanting me to take a video of the issue! So, out $38 but my dog is safe & that’s the most important thing.
