Nice harness. Lousy service. As you can see by the picture, my dog’s name appears with three b’s. Her name is Ebby. I have contacted the support email for true harness four times in the last two weeks. They claim that they will respond within 24 hours. Untrue. I have yet to hear from them to see how to go about getting corrected nameplates. Very disappointed that I cannot get this problem resolved.

I can no longer use the harness. Everytime I walk my dog with the harness, the velcro FAILS. He pulls when he sees another dog, and the harness comes off EVERYTIME. The velcro doesn't hold. it's very disappointing. I emailed your support but, I haven't gotten a response.

Would not recommend. It would not stay adjusted to fit the puppy. I would adjust it and it would loosen when I used it. I contacted customer service by email with no response. I ended up having to buy another harness from another company which stays adjusted.

I had to wait for weeks to get the harness and then when I tried to use it the harness would not stay where I had adjusted it to fit the puppy. I would adjust it and with use it would loosen. This happened numerous times. I emailed customer service with the complaint and got no answer. Would not recommend it. I had to buy another harness.

Straps are too thick and stiff for our very small dog, and they loosen up as the dog walks, ruining the fit. We've used it twice and gave up.

At first, I liked it because of how easy it was to put on. However, it does not stay tight and comes loose as my dog is going for her walk. I also found out that she can escape out of it as well. I ended up buying another harness that is escape proof and stays on better.

Took almost a month to receive this product. The connecting belly buckle is almost 3 inches wide and on a Pembroke with stubby legs it interferes with her walk. The dog took 5 steps and never wore it again. There are multiple types of this dog harness out there for cheaper with better construction. The name plate was also so big it just kept gouging the dog.. Definitely a waste of money , Only part that has any use is the lead rope. Again there are better ones out there for the price

I have purchased 5 or 6 size small harnesses (one is a spare that’s never been used) for my 6 yo 21 lb cavapoo. I recently ordered and received a XS harness for my 12 week old 4.7 lb cavapoo puppy. I’ve never had any issues with the small harnesses but the XS harness clasp broke 1 week after receiving. I compared the small harness clasp to the XS clasp and it feels like the small clasp is heavier/thicker than the XS. It feels like it is a different grade of plastic. We really like the harnesses but they would not replace the broken XS harness so they have lost a good customer.

Returned for credit and charged $4.99 for each item as restocking fee. Also, would not send me a prepaid return label. It cost me $15 for return. My dogs are 10 lbs. and harness did not fit properly and leash was too heavy for this size dog. Do not recommend. Still waiting for my credit after receiving on January 3, 2024.

It's a easy harness to out on your dog.
Only bad thing is when you adjust strap under the belly it never stays in place. Therefore it becomes to loose. The harness can come loose off your dog.
If they can come up with a better way to keep in place then I give it 5 stars.

First I bought the large work great, but was a bit too big for my dog, he slid out of it easily. So bought a second one which fits perfectly. I love it made walking my dog a pleasure, unfortunately it didn’t last too long, within two weeks the ring where the leach is to be attached broke off, was a little disappointed but in the process of getting a new one. Definitely the best dog harness I ever bought, work great for my pulling dog.

False advertising because in no way shape or form does this harness stop or limit a dog from pulling on a leash. It does pull on their neck like a collar does but this is not different than any ordinary harness out there. It was very cheaply made too as there is a lot of Velcro on it. That aspect alone does not make me feel confident that my dog could not break out of if he pulled hard enough. Not impressed at all, don’t waste your money.

We have using True Harnest for years
We used them on our fur babies that are in Heaven. Our Lab Luke is a big fur baby and we get him one for Christmas in red and he looks so handsome. We just ordered the Stars and Stripes one. We already have a True harness and decided to get anew one. Well the experience is not good, first shipment returned by USPS, then I contact company and was told I had to pay an additional reshipping fee, did that and received notice for shipping but tracking number was wrong, it was then sent out and supposedly been shipped, but I haven't received yet. So needless to say not happy. If company had used shiping address and not address for credit card it would never have been returned.

The texture of band used was too slippery for harness to maintain the desired tightness. It always slipped to the widest point when my dog pulled.

I love it. And Malibu really lives it. She is an 8 year old Husky that I’ve had by my side since she was 6 weeks old. I’ve always used the traditional style harness that I would actually keep on her for a lengthy time. Malibu is a spoiled house companion but loves to go for walks. I only put this on her when we go outside, and take it off as soon as we come back in. It is so simple to put on & take off. Also it is a very comfortable fit for her when she has it on. Malibu told me herself!

I bought several harness for my one year old puppy, none of them help with the pulling. When I saw the ad for TrueHarness I decided to give it a try, because walking my dog was unbearable. I order the large which was too big on him, he managed to wiggle himself out of it. So I order a second one, medium this time it worked great, very well constructed and seems very comfortable on the dog. Taking him for walks is a pleasure, the only problem the phone number on the badge is wrong instesd of 352 340 7510 we have 352 350 7510. I am a very happy customer, just wondering if this could be corrected.

My dog is 10 pounds and the harness was to small and her name is Macie Lyn and the name on the tag was Ella. I emailed Katie and wanted to return the harness and get the small instead of extra small and she said they would charge me 5 dollars shipping and send me the small harness with the correct name. I ordered the color purple and when the replacement harness arrived it was blue not purple and the name tags were blank. Pictures were sent in the email and I am very DISAPPOINTED with this order. The harnesses are rather costly , probably because of personalization and I didn't receive that but paid out the money for it. I still have not heard from them and this has been going on for a couple of months and nothing has been resolved. I fust wanted what I ordered and paid for.

Buddy is a 17 lb Yorkshire Terrier mix, 4 yrs old. He is a puller even after training but the True Harness makes it somewhat better to control walks.
When I first take him out in the morning he runs down the apartment hall like he was pulling a dog sled until he gets outside.
My only wish is that the harness had side rings to use to assist in control .
Otherwise we are very happy.

I always loved the harness that I purchased from you. This one the strap at the buckle slipped and it would get to loose. I had to take the strap off an old one and see it to the new one! Other than that I always liked the harness.

The harness belt slips when under the belly. Other people have complained about this. This is a design flaw and needs to be corrected. I will not buy again until this is fixed.

True Harness is awesome! It helps to control my puppy Lily indoors & out w/o pulling on her neck. She coughs when on a regular leash, as it puts stress on her neck when she pulls. Her harness keeps her cough-free & helps her get in & outside safely. Trips to the vet are SO much better with her harness for all the same reasons. There is so much stress taken off of my shoulders thanks to True Harness!!! Thank you!

The harness has a defect with the clip. It gets stuck when you try to unlock. And the strap to make it tighter around the body keeps loosening when walking.
I’ve been trying to send a video as you have requested, but it’s not going through.

I don’t think this harness is the best for my little poodle mix. At first I liked it and even ordered a second harness. The harness has a way of slipping down on my dog and the last time I used it I thought I would have to cut it off my poor dog as it was strangling her. So scary!
I wished I hadn’t ordered the second one. I don’t think I’ll be using it anymore after that happened. Sorry for the bad review, but might save another dog from possible strangulation.
