My dog is 10 pounds and the harness was to small and her name is Macie Lyn and the name on the tag was Ella. I emailed Katie and wanted to return the harness and get the small instead of extra small and she said they would charge me 5 dollars shipping and send me the small harness with the correct name. I ordered the color purple and when the replacement harness arrived it was blue not purple and the name tags were blank. Pictures were sent in the email and I am very DISAPPOINTED with this order. The harnesses are rather costly , probably because of personalization and I didn't receive that but paid out the money for it. I still have not heard from them and this has been going on for a couple of months and nothing has been resolved. I fust wanted what I ordered and paid for.

Buddy is a 17 lb Yorkshire Terrier mix, 4 yrs old. He is a puller even after training but the True Harness makes it somewhat better to control walks.
When I first take him out in the morning he runs down the apartment hall like he was pulling a dog sled until he gets outside.
My only wish is that the harness had side rings to use to assist in control .
Otherwise we are very happy.

I always loved the harness that I purchased from you. This one the strap at the buckle slipped and it would get to loose. I had to take the strap off an old one and see it to the new one! Other than that I always liked the harness.

The harness belt slips when under the belly. Other people have complained about this. This is a design flaw and needs to be corrected. I will not buy again until this is fixed.

True Harness is awesome! It helps to control my puppy Lily indoors & out w/o pulling on her neck. She coughs when on a regular leash, as it puts stress on her neck when she pulls. Her harness keeps her cough-free & helps her get in & outside safely. Trips to the vet are SO much better with her harness for all the same reasons. There is so much stress taken off of my shoulders thanks to True Harness!!! Thank you!

The harness has a defect with the clip. It gets stuck when you try to unlock. And the strap to make it tighter around the body keeps loosening when walking.

I don’t think this harness is the best for my little poodle mix. At first I liked it and even ordered a second harness. The harness has a way of slipping down on my dog and the last time I used it I thought I would have to cut it off my poor dog as it was strangling her. So scary!
I wished I hadn’t ordered the second one. I don’t think I’ll be using it anymore after that happened. Sorry for the bad review, but might save another dog from possible strangulation.

Dog wore this 3 times received the end of September and being of October my dog escaped. This is a very cheap and poorly manufactured item. I’m glad I didn’t lose my dog, she is my Baby. I recommend NOT BUYING THIS POORLY MADE harness, and the company doesn’t stand behind it. I only had 2 weeks and only worn 3 times.

Too small for a 150 lb dog. You need to expand the chest straps. Also you left out a number on the phone number.

I like the harness, my only issue is the bottom of the harness is too loose on her belly, but it fits on her back well, it’s just when I walk her, the harness is tilted/ lopsided, I have tried to fix it, but to my avail, no luck.

This is my grandson’s dog Draco. He is a one year old high energy dog. He weighs about 45 pounds and can can really pull when he’s excited. I got this harness for him and he has calmed down a lot. It’s comfortable for him to wear and no more choking him around his neck.

Not worth the money, besides the name tag has velcro it snags my clothes when the harness is on her. Don’t feel like putting on and off before I take her out . Nothing like trashing outfit with your velcro. I thought the label would be a lot nicer not with velcro. So much for a that stupid idea.

this harness broke after 15 days of use on a 30 lb French Bulldog. I spent close to $40 which was a waste of money. Your company would not stand behind it's product and replace my harness. Your company has HORRIBLE customer service and if you will not stand behind your product I will recommend anyone I know NEVER purchase a harness from your company! Publish this!!!

Terrible. Ordered it at the start of august, still hasn’t arrived. They offered to resend me one but in came the mail with a rubber glove. Absolutely appalled, they offered to resend me one again, and there’s not even an update on the tracking since a week ago. Just shows its stuck in china somewhere.

After waiting for over 2 weeks for this to arrive I was excited to put it on my dog & take her on a leisurely walk with her new harness, I adjusted it to her, strapon her up & hooked the lease to the rear o ring and we were off, as we were walking my dog suddenly saw something she started to get anxious & what I saw was another dog, I was able to calm her & then all of a sudden she lurched forward pulled the o ring & it broke now my dog was loose & running
if it was not for some passersby who helped we would have lost her, I contacted customer service & never got a reply back

Daphne is 4 pounds larger than my only other Maltese . She is quite an active puppy and loves to run outside. My Wild Child! She has gotten out of her other harnesses. I can’t risk that!! TRUE HARNESS is awesome! Easy to put on her. Most important IT will NEVER come off her when running all about. Very durable. Is made beautifully. Comfortable to my touch so I know she’s happy. I bought this harness and lead for my brother’s dog, Bella as she always used to pull on her old lead. We already had one of these harness’s for our dog, Cassie and we knew how good she walked on her harness and lead.
