My 10 year old French Bulldog is my Emotional Support pal, but he seems to want to protect us from all other dogs when we walk. TrueHarness allows me to lift him slightly and safely when he begins to bark. The lifting plus a firm “no” have trained him to remain calm (followed by a “good boy” and pat on his head).

I hope you have better luck with customer service replacing two orders.
I bought 2 harnesses. But we're defective. One wouldn't stay buckled the 2nd time we used it the other broke with in a day. Talked to customer service in December and I still have yet to receive the 2nd harness replacement.

Needed a larger size of harness and another tag with special wording and this is all it took. Fantastic!
