RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

We also offer free replacements in cases of damage, wrong size & etc. However if you wish to claim a refund instead of a free replacement, there will be a $4.99 restocking fee.


Our Returns Policy time frame is 60 days from when an order arrives at your address. We want you to have more than enough time to decide if TrueHarness is for you.

The customer is to report a defected, damaged item or sizing issue within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Outside the 7 days, the item should be in the same condition as originally sent in order to qualify for a return.

The customer is responsible for putting the correct shipping address. If the item is returned due to a wrong address being put from the customer's side, there will be a $4.95 postage fee.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

TrueHarness is not responsible for any damages caused by your dog such as the harness being chewed. We have no control over your dog's behavior and take no responsibility.

A customer may not request to exchange their non-special edition harness for a special edition harness. Due to their nature & limited supply, they have to be purchased separately.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment card that was used during the original purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the security and transparency of our refund process and to protect both our customers and our business.
