I ordered the clippers and they didn't cut hair at all. Trueharness would not send me a new pair of clippers. Instead, they wanted me to pay to send the other one's back to give me a refund. I didn't want to spend more money on the faulty clippers just to get the same ones that may not work. These people are not very helpful to their customers when it comes to getting them a working product. These clippers are not good! Try another place that sells quiet, cordless dog clippers, not TrueHarness.

My dog really loves the Trueclipper somehow. Perhaps its like a massaging therapeutic effect on her. Yes, its low noise and she is not alarmed at all. Yet still, showing us her belly while enjoying the trim. Best blades i tried thus far and quite hassle free!

Wow. These are awesome. My wife’s dog is a shepherd-chow mix. She has a very thick coat, almost wooly in places. We live in Florida and she gets hot, and it makes her not as active and happy. These trimmers did a very quick job of trimming her hair short. She’s going to be a cool, happy dog.
Looking at these trimmers, I was afraid they would bog down in the dog's thick hair. Nope! Plowed right through. I am flat-out impressed.

I ordered these clippers because I got the bright idea that I’d give my long-haired kitty a “lion cut” myself and save the $75 that it would cost to get it done professionally. I've had absolutely no problems at all. I would recommend this to anyone.

It doesn't overheat, it's pretty quiet, and works really well. It had been a bit too long since my poodle had been groomed, so he had a few mats in his hair. I had to use it without the trimmer cover and I had no problems with accidental nicks. It was comfortable enough that he was falling asleep while I used it on his sides and back (being able to lay down probably helped with that). I admit, I used this on my son as well (though with the trimmer covers) and it worked great on him too. :) The price was great - it's already paid for itself twice over.

We have two small dogs that hate the groomer. I've been cutting the pups hair with scissors and finally decided to try a dog grooming kit. I chose this product because of the low-noise claim and all the tools included I'm the kit. The grooming kit included all items advertised, all are high quality too. The razor is extremely gentle, and, to my relief, is as quiet as advertised. Our easily-spooked bichon-poodle didn't even flinch. Great product for a great price.

I’m incredibly happy with this purchase! My cat is a Maltese and I usually take him to the groomers. I wanted to start doing it myself to save some $$$$ since it can add up. At first, I got a pair of clippers that were loud and she absolutely hated it. I wasn’t able to do anything because she kept moving and I didn’t want to hurt her. After many hours of research & reading reviews I decided to give this a try. I didn’t get a chance to use the first one that I got because it was too loud so this was my first time actually being able to groom her. It was so easy to use. I highly recommend. My cat was falling asleep.

Wow! There are so many extras and this is so easy to use. I’ve never personally groomed my Shih Tzu before but there’s times in beteeen grooming sessions he has needed touch ups which makes this perfect. For the price, there were several attachments and scissors and combs which makes it an excellent value.
