I originally ordered a small, purple harness. You shipped a pink one. I complained. You verified that you made a mistake, then proceeded to send me someone else’s medium, red one. I complained again. You promised to send our small, purple harness, but we have been waiting weeks….no harness. The harness is good, but your service is totally incompetent!

This is my well groomed dog. I love the hand brush! Didn't even know I could get hair off of him until I used the brush. He stands still for it and enjoys the massage. My daughter loved it too so she got one for her dog!

We have had the harness for our large Shepard Wolf mix. It fits great. Has held up against the weather conditions along the Pacific Ocean coast. Our dog went from pulling us when we would walk to not pulling anymore. And he is not choking himself with just a collar. It is super easy to put on and take off.
Plus, it is so great that when we order from True Harness that we always get some little gift for our dog. Recently we got the leash, absolutely love it. The handle is covered with a foam/spongy coating that is easy to hold as well as comfy.
All in all we are very satisfied with our harness's and so are our dog's.

the product did not last more then a week. My dog pulled out of the harness. the velcro seems to be very cheap and not durable. i ask customer service for an explanation but never heard back.

Have a nothern breed dog that started shedding early this year. I carry the glove in the car and give him a quick brush before he gets back in. the glove also works great for removing dog hair fron inside the car.

The glove is great for our Siberian Husky. The harness however is disappointing as the Velcro used does not hold. It appears to be defective. Even if it isn’t on him it does not hold. Unfortunately we are not able to use it.
We had one before and it was great but a strap broke. That is why I ordered the new one.

I'm not really Crazy about any hand gloves for brushing my dogs. If you're right handed everything is good but if you're left handed you have to wear it backwards and it's uncomfortable.

At first it wasn't working right, staying on our dog Blackie. It came off by itself on 2 occasions. But, recently its done much better staying on. Like previous ones we've bought, it does fasten on very quickly and easily. I love the colors. Its very patriotic.
