I liked it more than my dog, WHEN IT FINALLY WORKED. My dog just barks at it and we have to initiate and constantly be involved, but she won’t chase it. It is cute and fun to watch, but when receiving the package (which took like 2 months to get), I wasn’t expecting everything to be written in Japanese. So there aren’t any instructions to follow in English which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. The springs that hold the batteries are flimsy so it took several times of trying to put them in and take them out and put them in... We almost gave up just thinking it was broke and possibly a used product because it looked like there was a part missing that looked like it had a remote. There’s an empty area within the container that shows a place for this item. On the outside of the box there are two photos of what look to be 2 different types of this gadget. I just don’t know why we got a package with an empty area that was missing a part? And again the Japanese writing, COME ON?!?! Although I don’t like how companies can’t talk on the phone these days, but this company did reply to all my emails.
